Our valued customers, kindly read carefully to reserve your rights:

Returned or exchanged products may require inspection. If approved, the process is accepted for items which have a manufacturing defect or don't meet standard specifications as per consumer protection laws.

Return:

You can return the items you purchase from Ebn Sina Pharmacy with a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of the date you receive the regular-priced item. In addition, please note:

• Items must be in the original condition & unopened packaging.
• Items that were part of a promotion or included as a gift must be returned with the main item.

Exchange:

You can exchange items within 7 days of receiving the regular-priced item with proof of purchase. In addition, please note:

• Exchange is accepted for damaged electrical items under warranty, if not due to misuse.
• Promotional or gifted items must be returned with the exchanged item.

Items to return or exchange in 24 hours only:

Medicines can only be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

Items excluded from Return & Exchange:

• Items requiring fridge storage under 8°C
• Food products and baby milk
• Pharmaceutical dermo-cosmetics & cosmetics
• Supports, wearables, and personal use items
• Sprays, aerosols, inhalers
• Used wheelchairs, walking aids/supports
• Damaged electrical items beyond warranty period.
